My approach to sleep coaching and how we can work together

My heart is to give parents knowledge that brings good sleep to the whole family and helps to ease any anxieties when it comes to their little one’s sleep . I want parents to thrive in the early years of parenting, not just survive them. My main goal at dusk to dawn sleep, is to bring reassurance, hope and joy to families struggling with sleep.

At dusk to dawn, I offer a range of packages to support parents in making positive changes to their little one’s sleep.

Each consultation takes a holistic approach and looks at your little one’s sleep, their feeding, behaviour, as well as your parenting style. We will work together to agree your goals, based on what you want to achieve and choose a sleep approach that suits you. Follow up support includes a personalised sleep plan and support to give you confidence and reassurance.

So much more than sleep…

Dusk to dawn is so much more than sleep - it is also about supporting families with their mental health. The early years of parenting can feel overwhelming, many new mums and dads experience anxiety, low mood, depression or other mental health issues.
